// straight answersWhat does Internet Village do?
Internet Village is a software studio in Luxembourg that builds embedded systems, secure software and mobile applications. Most projects combine two or three disciplines into one integrated system, connecting a mobile application with devices, backend services or AI tools.
Where is Internet Village based, and who do you work with?
We are based in Sanem, Luxembourg. We work with clients across Luxembourg and Belgium, and with long-term clients in Japan from the founder's years in Tokyo.
Which technologies do you work with?
Mobile work is mostly Flutter, with native Swift and Kotlin where needed. Embedded software runs on microcontrollers and Linux-based devices, using Rust and C. AI integration uses models from Mistral and tools such as Ollama for local deployment. We connect business systems through tools such as Odoo, Stripe and Traefik, and deploy backends on European infrastructure where required.
What languages can we work in?
English and French for written and spoken work, plus conversational Japanese (JLPT N3). The website is published in English, French, and German.
How do we start a project?
Send a brief through the contact page describing what you want to build. You speak directly with the engineer responsible for the work. We usually reply within one business day.
